1. Owner and scope
Thalia Ontiveros ("the Owner"), Guerrero #402, Colonia Centro, Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca, Mexico, ZIP 68000. Email: hola@thaliaontiveros.com. It applies to the website, landing pages, social media, learning platforms, courses, communities, events, communications and services.
2. Protected content
Courses, webinars, manuals, ebooks, templates, prompts, videos, audio, photos, graphics, ad copy, posts, email sequences, funnels, audits, diagnostics, proposals, methodologies and brand elements. Protection covers the selection, organization, expression, design, wording and presentation of the content.
3. Copyright
The content is protected by Mexican law and, where applicable, international treaties. Protection does not depend on a copyright notice being displayed. Buying a product or hiring a service does not transfer ownership or copyright; the Owner keeps her moral and economic rights.
4. Trademarks and distinctive signs
The name "Thalia Ontiveros", its logo, the IMPULSA name and logo, course and methodology names and distinctive designs are part of the Owner's commercial identity. Any use that causes confusion, suggests a non-existent association or authorization, or imitates that identity is prohibited.
5. Third-party content
Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, ManyChat, Hotmart, Google and other brands belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not imply sponsorship, certification or affiliation unless expressly stated. Third-party images, fonts or materials are used under their licenses.
6. License for buyers
When you purchase a product you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, revocable for serious breach, to learn from and apply the content in your own business. You may internally adapt authorized templates and processes, but not resell them, share them publicly, deliver them to clients as a product, turn them into courses or present them as your own creation. Use by several people in a company requires a business license or written authorization.
7. Uses prohibited without prior written authorization
- Copying, reproducing, recording or downloading courses, sessions or events when downloading is not enabled.
- Sharing private files, links, usernames or passwords.
- Posting materials in groups, social media or shared storage.
- Selling, renting, giving away, translating for distribution or modifying them to present them as your own.
- Creating derivative products through substantial copying or including the materials in other training.
- Mass extraction of content with bots or scrapers, or allowing unauthorized simultaneous access.
8. Resale and redistribution
Products are for authorized use only. Superficial changes (colors, names, formats or words) do not create an independent work if substantial original elements remain.
9. Courses, events and access
Enrollment does not permit screen, audio or video recording, streaming, sharing access links or distributing slides. You may take personal notes. Access is personal and credentials must be kept confidential; in case of unauthorized sharing, credentials may be reset, access limited or the account suspended.
10. Screenshots, quotes and general ideas
Brief screenshots or excerpts are allowed if they do not reveal substantial content, give clear credit and are not used commercially. Quotes must indicate the author, title and source. We do not claim ownership of general ideas, public knowledge or common marketing techniques, only of their original expression.
11. Prompts and artificial intelligence
You may use purchased prompts to generate your own results, but not resell, publish in full or share the collections. Without written authorization, uploading the materials to AI systems to train models, create public knowledge bases, build competing products or reconstruct the content is not allowed. Personal use of AI for study is allowed if you do not share the material.
12. Audits, consulting and custom work
You may use paid deliverables within your own business according to the contract. The Owner keeps general templates, internal processes, pre-existing methods and reusable tools. Any assignment of rights must be in writing.
13. Client materials
You keep the rights to your logos, photos, copy, databases and documents. You declare that you have the rights to share them and grant the Owner a limited license solely to carry out the contracted work.
14. Testimonials, photos and events
Publishing identifiable testimonials, names, photos, videos or results requires authorization. At events, attendees are informed when there is photography or recording, and you may ask not to appear. Edits will not change the meaning or attribute false results.
15. Free resources, links and affiliates
Free resources are also protected and may not be sold or redistributed. You may link to this website without altering its destination or suggesting a false affiliation. Affiliates may only use authorized promotional materials and may not promise guaranteed results or register domains or profiles that imitate the brand.
16. Reporting infringements
Send your report to hola@thaliaontiveros.com with your name and contact details, the work or right affected, the exact location of the content, an explanation, proof of ownership or representation and a good-faith statement. Receiving a report does not confirm an infringement. False or abusive reports are prohibited.
17. Measures against infringements
Depending on severity: content removal, access suspension, license cancellation, reports to platforms, evidence preservation, damage claims and administrative or legal action.
18. License termination
The license ends when access expires, upon serious breach, sharing or reselling the content, fraud, or cancellation with a refund. Upon termination you must stop using and distributing the materials.
19. Reservation of rights and legal exceptions
Rights not expressly granted are reserved. Nothing prevents uses permitted by law, such as quotation, criticism, research, teaching within legal limits or accessibility adaptations for people with disabilities.
20. Governing law
This policy is governed by the copyright and industrial property laws of the United Mexican States. Where appropriate, disputes will be submitted to the competent authorities of Oaxaca de Juárez, without limiting the non-waivable rights of consumers in other jurisdictions.
