1. Controller

Thalia Ontiveros, Guerrero #402, Colonia Centro, Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca, Mexico, ZIP 68000. Email: hola@thaliaontiveros.com.

2. Scope

It applies to this website, its landing pages, forms, registration and sales pages, and other digital spaces managed by the Controller.

3. What are cookies?

They are small files or pieces of information stored in your browser or device. They are used to recognize the device, remember preferences, make the website work, measure its performance and, with your permission, personalize content and ads.

4. Similar technologies

This policy also covers tracking pixels, tags, scripts, local browser storage, device identifiers, link parameters and conversion measurement, analytics and remarketing tools.

5. Types of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary: allow you to browse, send forms, remember your cookie choice and complete purchase or booking processes. They are not used for advertising.
  • Preferences: remember your accessibility settings (text size, contrast, read-aloud) and your language. They are stored only in your browser.
  • Measurement and advertising: the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) records page views, content views, submitted requests (Lead), bookings, checkout starts and purchases to measure campaigns, build audiences and show relevant ads.
  • External content: scheduling calendars (Calendly), payment gateways (Mercado Pago, Hotmart), fonts (Google Fonts) and WhatsApp links may set their own cookies when you interact with them.

6. First-party and third-party cookies

First-party cookies are managed by this website. Third-party cookies belong to providers such as Meta, Google, Calendly, Mercado Pago, Hotmart, WhatsApp and ManyChat, which are governed by their own policies. Mentioning a provider does not mean all of its cookies are always active.

7. Information that may be collected

IP address, cookie or device identifiers, browser type and operating system, language, time zone, approximate location derived from the IP, date and time of access, pages viewed, time on site, clicks on buttons and links, referring site or ad, forms started or sent, and conversion data. Cookies are not used to store passwords, banking codes or full card numbers.

8. How consent works on this website

  • On your first visit you will see a banner with "Accept" and "Reject" options. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
  • If you choose "Reject", the Meta Pixel stops sending information about your browsing.
  • For visitors located in the European Union or the European Economic Area, the Pixel remains disabled until you choose "Accept".
  • You can change your decision at any time by clearing this website's cookies or storage in your browser; the banner will appear again.

9. Legal bases and jurisdictions

Necessary cookies are based on providing the service you request. Measurement and advertising cookies are based on your consent where the law requires it (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil or Canada) or on legitimate interest where the law allows it. Residents of California and other U.S. states can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of information for behavioral advertising by rejecting cookies from the banner; we honor the Global Privacy Control signal where technically detectable and legally required.

10. International transfers

Some providers may store or process data outside your country. In those cases the safeguards required by applicable law apply, such as contractual clauses or consent.

11. Duration

Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Persistent cookies last for a period defined by each provider or until you delete them. Your cookie choice and accessibility preferences are kept in your browser until you delete them.

12. Managing cookies in your browser

All browsers let you block, limit or delete cookies from their settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect forms, purchases or bookings.

13. Minors

We do not intentionally use cookies to build advertising profiles of minors. Parents or guardians can request review or deletion of data at hola@thaliaontiveros.com.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy for legal or technical reasons or due to changes in providers. The current version will always be on this page with its update date.

15. Contact

For questions or to exercise your rights, write to hola@thaliaontiveros.com with your name and the preference or right you want to exercise.
